Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You set up auto-pay through Razorpay, but nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.

Yes. The Free plan has no time limit: your online store, orders, QR menu and payments keep working. Upgrade only when you need more products, staff or apps.

Yearly plans cost 10% less than paying month by month, and you are billed once a year.

Prices are shown before GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and you get a GST invoice for every payment.

Buy it as an add-on. Apps outside your plan can be added on their own, monthly or yearly, with a free trial. If you later upgrade to a plan that includes the app, the add-on stops renewing automatically.

Yes. Upgrades start immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for.

Nothing is deleted. Apps that are not in your new plan are paused with their data kept, and switch back on when you upgrade or buy the add-on.

Plans renew automatically through Razorpay using UPI Autopay, cards or bank e-mandates. Under RBI rules, renewals above ₹15,000 need a netbanking or Aadhaar e-mandate; we remind you before each renewal. Cancel any time from Settings → Billing & Plan.
