These terms govern your use of https://softpage.in, the Softpage platform, Softpage CRM, and related services operated by Softpage Businesses (“Softpage”, “we”). By accessing the site or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Accounts

You must provide accurate contact details (mobile number and/or email) and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your login. We may suspend accounts that abuse OTP, spam other users, or violate law.

The service

Softpage provides business software including an online store, POS, payments integrations, delivery tools, QR ordering, and standalone apps. CRM is generally available. Other apps may be labelled coming soon and are not a commitment to a launch date. Features may change as we improve the product.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Republish Softpage materials as your own product documentation or theme.
• Sell, rent, or sublicense the software except as we expressly allow.
• Copy or scrape the service in a way that burdens our systems or copies customer data.
• Use Softpage to sell illegal goods or to defraud customers.

Cookies

We use cookies as described in the Privacy Policy. Analytics cookies require your consent on the marketing site.

Intellectual property

Softpage names, logos, and software remain our property. Your product content (catalogues, images you upload) remains yours. You grant us a licence to host that content solely to operate the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime or that third-party payment and logistics partners will always complete a transaction. Your statutory rights as a consumer or business under Indian law are not excluded where they cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
