This policy describes how Softpage Businesses handles information on softpage.in and related Softpage services.

Softpage Businesses (“Softpage”, “we”) operates https://softpage.in and related apps such as the Softpage platform and CRM. This page covers the marketing website and lead capture. Product accounts on the platform are also subject to this policy unless a separate notice is shown in the app.

Information we collect

  • Account and login data — mobile number or email, and OTP, password, or passcode when you sign in.
  • Lead and contact data — name, email, phone, and message when you subscribe, sign up, or use the contact form.
  • Usage and device data — pages visited, approximate location derived from IP, and browser type.
  • Attribution — first-party UTM parameters stored so we can see which campaign brought a visitor.

How we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, respond to enquiries, operate CRM lead capture, improve the product, and (if you accept analytics cookies) understand traffic with Google Analytics 4. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data with infrastructure and communications providers that process it on our instructions (hosting, email/SMS OTP, analytics if consented). CRM leads are stored in Softpage CRM when you submit a form or start signup.

We keep account and lead records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements in India. You may request access or deletion by emailing admin@softpage.in.

Children

Softpage is a business product. It is not directed at children under 18.
